Nadia Gonzalez
Founder & CEO
Nadia is an executive and entrepreneur with multiple exits and proven experience in leading marketing teams that grow technology companies into differentiated global businesses. As founder and CEO of ENCsquared, Nadia leverages her long history of global growth and brand power in the Adtech and Fintech industries to advise and execute on the marketing needs of B2B technology companies.
Recent success for ENCsquared features a partnership with Scibids, the Paris-based artificial intelligence company for digital marketing, which began in October 2020. Scibids then asked Nadia to become CMO in April 2022, along with elevating ENCsquared Advisor, Erich Wasserman, to its board at the same time. Scibids was acquired by DoubleVerify in August of 2023, and maintained its consulting partnership with ENCsquared through February 2024.
Prior to founding ENCsquared in 2018, she was at Orchard Platform where she was responsible for the development and implementation of its marketing strategy, which focused on appealing to online loan originators and institutional investors. Orchard sold to small business lender Kabbage in April 2018. Prior to Orchard, she led North American marketing efforts for the Berlin-based Sociomantic Labs, an online e-commerce retargeting platform, until it was acquired by dunnhumby, a Tesco company, in April of 2014. In 2011, Nadia joined Google’s Partner Business Solutions group where she was the lead product marketing manager for DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) after Google acquired Admeld, a digital publisher monetization platform. She joined Admeld in 2008 and ran international marketing, PR, industry relations, and global events.
A native Angeleno, Nadia has a love for startups. She co-founded the original NYC based OmFactory yoga studio in 2006. Nadia has two sons, one wonderful husband, and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. Go Bears!
Tom Polley

Tom combines logic and creativity to produce strategic direction and tactical executions that are unique and informed by data.
He’s developed this expertise over a long career starting in the original dot-com 1.0 period at companies including iVillage, AOL, About.com and his own long-running consultancy. He transitioned to AdTech and established, built and ran Marketing at Index Exchange before joining forces with Nadia on ENC2.
He shares Nadia’s vision for a service-based consultancy that delivers high-level results quickly, and is excited to grow with the company.
Prior to marketing, Tom worked off-Broadway for years, culminating in a position as Production Manager for STOMP. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Jess, his squawky, funny daughter (sorry honey) Annie, and an eccentric collection of bric-a-brac.
